UPDATE: I went back to aamco to discuss my concerns and I was told they could squeeze me in to see what went wrong. I received a voicemail later in the day saying they had overbooked and could not get me in that day. I don't want to leave a bad review, but since I can't leave a message on the phone and I won't have time to call tomorrow.... I took my truck in 3 days ago because my windshield wipers were not working and my turn signals went out. I was told it would take an hour to replace the switch. It took a little longer, 2 days longer. Since it is my work truck that has all my tools and parts, it made working a little difficult. The actual price was $100 more than my quote, however I was only charged for 1.5 hours for 2 days of work so the price seemed fair. When I picked up my truck after hours and started driving home a rainstorm came in and wouldn't you know it, my windshield wipers did not work. Thankfully my turn signals worked and I was able to get to the side of the road and wait out the storm. I am dreading tomorrow as I have to be at work at 7am and there is a 40,% chance of rain. I woke up this morning to go to work, thankfully it's not raining. However my turn signals don't work.

Phil and his team are VERY Good. They were efficient in checking everything over and catching other potential problems. Even though there was extra charges involved above and beyond the original estimate, it still was in the benefit and my best interest to follow through on these items. The end result is a vehicle that acts like it's brand new instead of 312,000, mi My thanks to you guys. You did good
