Great question! Price varies on the size and difficulty of your install. Most systems are between $2500-$6000 for everything. Smaller systems start at $1500 all in. All quoted prices are all-inclusive. Our minimum starts at $1500.

Trimlight offers a LIFETIME materials warranty and 5 Years Service Coverage. This ensures that if any material is defective in the first 5 years, you have no out of pocket charges to cover. After the service coverage expires, we can either send you the part or charge a small fee to facilitate the repair. Like all electronics, (phones, tablets, computers, TV's) you should expect an issue at least every 3-5 years. We have many systems that haven't had an issue in the last 5 years, but we want you to have proper expectations going into this.

Like any industry, you just need to find the product that most aligns with your needs. We're here to educate, not bash any competitors. Everlights offers a 1 year warranty and utilizes many different contractors who have bailed in the past and left their clientele with no option but to pay another contractor to fix it or convert to a new permanent lighting system. Ensure your contractor is there to stay. Installation: Trimlight protects both the home and the lights by installing a separate aluminum channel that blends in with the house. Everlights drills holes into the drip edge and tops of gutters to house their lights. This poses the question of penetrating the water barrier and housing electrical connections in the gutter. In 2020, Jellyfish offers a 3 year material warranty and 1 year service warranty. SERVICE: Location matters. If we are located nearer, we can more easily repair your system. Our staff is available for phone calls to walk you through the use of your system at any time. Jellyfish states in their agreement that the telephone support warranty excludes support for any WiFi/connectivity issues. Permanent Christmas lighting solves a lot of problems. Most people forget to put their heat cable and Christmas light outlets on separate breakers and that causes issues when you want lights on, but the heat cable off. Having Trimlight typically means that if you forgot to do this, you are just fine! We usually only require one outlet in the garage and can even use the ceiling outlet if needed.

Most Trimlight jobs only take one day. However, if we're installing over 200', plan on an additional day or two.

Trimlight bulbs use about .5 watts of energy per bulb. A 200' house would then use 100 watts. In comparison, incandescent Christmas lights use anywhere from 1000-1400 watts for the same amount of lights!
