Really nice to find a bakery like this in Logan. Had a cherry and raspberry filled 'cookie' which totally reminded me of the little tarts my Nana would make. We'll definitely stop by again next time we're in town.

Shaffer House Bakery has the best donuts in town! I die of happiness every time I get to eat one of their Raspberry Cream filled Maple Bars, it is divine! They also have great sandwiches and fabulous cakes!

I havent lived in logan in almost 19 years and still crave their maple bars with raspberry filling. Is their anyone know a copycat recipe or away I can get one sent to me in dallas texas.

I would assume that the only way you could enjoy your favorite maple bar is if you visit Cache Valley. However, it wouldn't hurt to call Shaffer's and make a special request.
