We got a cake from th hem that wa sdcc soaken wet. Like it was dipped in water. It had no taste. What the heck was that?

Normally the cake is make with 3 kinds of milk and is wet cake . And it is very good when it is done right . Sorry to hear it was taste less ,but do try it again for another bakery.
