I've been a patient here for about 7 years and despite a few hiccups, I haven't had any complaints. They have an enrollment specialist that helped me get on insurance. My primary care physician Dr Shertel is absolutely amazing, she doesn't miss a thing and has been my doctor since I started going here. Westside has an app portal which makes it easy to renew prescriptions. They also do civic work giving away free winter coats for the kids and boxes from the food bank. They also have Labcorp on site, but it's only for Westside doctors. You cant bring in lab orders for doctors outside their practice. My lone complaint is that yes, I have been hung up on, sometimes its difficult hearing on the phone and dont try making an appointment first thing Monday morning because you may be stuck in limbo for awhile.

I was surprised how pleasent everyone was to me especially with the virus surge going on i am so glad i picked this practice i am very pleased with it thanks westside........
