Lauryn DeGrado, Melissa is correct. There will be signs outside of the Kingsbury Hall to lead people to the Will Call. If I remember correctly, there's a ramp off to the right-side of the front stairs that lead to some glass doors. There's a sign that reads "Tickets" over those doors.
