Their website says the best months are Nov-March since the manatees move south in the cold months.
When its bitter cold up north they look for hot water run off in different parts os fla december january and maybe February
They are there during the winter months because next to the center is an electricity plant which keeps the water nice and warm.
The manatees are there when it gets below 60 degrees.. If it's cold for a couple days, they'll come down here to keep warm.
They are there, when it is cold in Florida. Weekends are crowded, with tourists. There are plenty of observation points. The animals them selves, are kind of boring. They just sort of float around, and all you see are the top of their backs.
I was there in Oct. Was told water was 2 warm and it wasn't long after hurricane, they did say there were a couple but we didn't see them.
They are there in the winter months mostly
The winter months but check the live cam before you go
They come during the winter. But I would say it all depends on the weather in the area. They will be here if the weather has been cold for 3 or more days. You can also check the FPL live web cam to see if they are there.
They are there now
