I believe so but I strongly recommend you dont, it's not the best water to swim in.
I believe it is discouraged but there is a rope tied to a tree halfway around the reservoir by a floating log. Doesn't look safe at all but it's there. I'm pretty sure the lake is motor less boat only
Yeah just this weekend kids were swimming but like the others suggested, I highly recommend you don't let your little ones or anyone for that matter swim, it's good to catch fish but it's mucky water for sure.
