update: new manager Cindy is never in the office. Every time I am around the office during business hours she is not there. Many other campers say the same thing. some say she has been there for maybe an hour then leaves for the day. She has to have husbnd with her while shes there an hour, he's not employed here, not very professional. Not competent and non existent social skills. she's really rude to people and not trust worthy. Spotty WiFi, is hardly ever working. Worthless no internet.

Hey Sharon! Thanks for asking. Our winter rate this year is $600 a month. That includes all utilities. That will begin Ocotber 1st and end the last day of April. I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
We don’t have specific sites for tents all our sites are full RV hookup sites but your welcome to tent in them! Its $40 a night
Currently I have no monthly spots available. My weekly rates are 265.00 plus tax.
