First, the internet and tv are NOT free! It is built into your lease as well as the washer and dryer. Unless that changed in the last year since I happily left. The parking is horrific! I constantly had problems with the TV connection , but that is apparently building specific. Not to mention the mold issue that randomly appears, depending on what building you are in. So my words of advice: inspect EVERYTHING, be alert, if you have more than one vehicle plan to deal the constant parking problems, and read your lease very carefully.
Yes there is a problem with parking. The internet runs great if you buy a modem that can handle the amount of data you are using in your home. Direct TV always works great and I get a lot of channels. And not to mention that both are free!
I thought it was just me not knowing how to install my internet. But I found out that it barely works for so many people. I finally had to just go through internet from Verizon. So I'm paying for that crap and never used it. Our parking lot hadls huge potholes that just become lakes when it rains. They haven't attempted to fix it in the last year. Parking is still horrible, people have just started parking along the fire lines. Some even just park behind your PAID parking spot.ive had to tow so many people from my spot, only because there was no other parking . Now the "New" management choose their own hours. If you come to the office they don't have any hours posted, probably because they don't follow those hours. But they say they are open at 9am but really don't show up until 9:30-10 am. They won't talk to you but will charge you for fimes that are so stupid. They are NEVER in the office and NEVER answer the phone..but they have a phone to harass you about fees .
The direct tv and internet it's a bundle. And you pay for it it includes in your rent.
