Why give out a phone number for emergency maintenance when THEY DONT ANSWER? Also, why promise coming to my apartment and telling me you will fix my AC that day and then NOT SHOW UP??? So unprofessional and unhelpful!!!!!!!!!!

I agree completely this place is a joke.

I've just resorted to fixing things myself, due to the lack of attention towards those of us that live here. The incompetent staff that "works" here haven't been very helpful in any maintenance requests. I'll be Keeping my receipts and noting everything down in detail.
