I paid the holding fee administration fee for no one else to rent that apartment + the application says they paid it for an apartment that they told me was available and the next day they called me that someone else had already rented it and that money is non-refundable they stole from me !!

Very irritating, my daughter applied and had to pay the deposit and processing fee up front . She did get denied however it has been over a week and we sill have not received the funds back. I have called and texted and no answer.

The property looks awful, don't expect any basic maintenance or improvements. Cornerstone Residential knows they can let this place become a slum and jack-up prices because they control a basic human resource. All this company does is take and take. This seems to be the best forum as Cornerstone Residential refuses to return calls and Egate management has no power or tools to address big or even small issues. Mismanaged is the perfect way to describe this place. There are so many small issues that have been allowed to balloon out of control. Egate refuse to maintain the property but allow for price increases all the time. They take, take and take but do not even maintain let alone improve their product. Egate is asking for reviews from residents and promising a gift from a vendor, such as a carpet cleaning. That's right do something for them and Maybe they will clean their own property for you. First big snow storm of 2021 and EGate failed to remove snow from walkways and did not salt stairs and breezeways affected by the storm. You have 24hrs from when the snow ends and EGate/Cornerstone was unable to fulfill their contractual obligation. Under new management means nothing to me. I will believe changes when I see them, every single manager has said the same empty promise. Laughable that you say you are new when you are still Cornerstone? You recognize these valid concerns but my rent went up 150 a month with no improvements. Huge privacy concern management posted my full check details on my door and saw no issue with this. This company is allergic to property management, they have no clue what they are doing. A positive is the view from my balcony, easy to walk to Decker lake, close to Trax and freeway. The new office crew has been helpful but best to double check their info as false information has been communicated to us before. Parking has gotten out of control and is a challenge later at night, good luck if your household has more than one vehicle. The issues are being ignored. Lighting and overflow parking could be used but hasn't seen any adjustments in years. It has become difficult to just drive because people are parking poorly and often park in the road or even sidewalks. The grounds are poorly kept and often trash can be found up and down the stairs. Walking around outside might leave your shoe stuck to the ground. People have no respect for others and allow their dogs to ruin the property without consequences. Maintenance isn't proactive with outside repairs around the buildings and lawns. You won't have much trouble finding a better apartment. Such a low bar they have set here to watch them miss it.

I loved the staff when I lived here. Unfortunately, I moved out 5/31 due to no 3 bedroom available. I was told I will receive my deposit in three weeks via mail. I've been calling, left a message and even stopped by your office because you were not answering your phone. I was then told I will receive it this week she will work on processing it. Which means, it was never processed. All I want is to return my deposit asap.

I have to admit there is a problem with the parking. Not enough space. The internet is a big problem. Most of the time is slow, or no connection. The direct tv never see it. They need to improve.

First, the internet and tv are NOT free! It is built into your lease as well as the washer and dryer. Unless that changed in the last year since I happily left. The parking is horrific! I constantly had problems with the TV connection , but that is apparently building specific. Not to mention the mold issue that randomly appears, depending on what building you are in. So my words of advice: inspect EVERYTHING, be alert, if you have more than one vehicle plan to deal the constant parking problems, and read your lease very carefully.
