Did you call corporate?
I would demand them to come out and check everything and then if they don't contact a public adjuster and check if you talk to them to your homeowners insurance
Take it up the chain
My sister bought a fridge with ice maker from Lowe's and had them install it. Ice maker didn't work. They refused to replace until they sent a technition to see if it was properly installed. One week later they deliver a fridge with dents and scratches. She demands a new one. Next week they deliver a nice new one which looks good, but just doesn't get cold. Now she's got nothing.
