Bought a stackable washer and dryer at Lowes with installment included. Improper installation led to my wash room being flooded and new flooring buckling. Management was made aware. After weeks of going back and forth, they told me it was my problem.

I would demand them to come out and check everything and then if they don't contact a public adjuster and check if you talk to them to your homeowners insurance

Take it up the chain

My sister bought a fridge with ice maker from Lowe's and had them install it. Ice maker didn't work. They refused to replace until they sent a technition to see if it was properly installed. One week later they deliver a fridge with dents and scratches. She demands a new one. Next week they deliver a nice new one which looks good, but just doesn't get cold. Now she's got nothing.
