Had a flat tire on the day before the Labor Day holiday. I was able to get to the store by 3:30 and they were to fix my flat and get me out of there by 4 pm. Excellent service! Now I have my bike to use for Labor Day.

Great service, and a great sales experience. I was treated well, during a busy time, and everyone got taken care of. They adjusted the bike I wanted, I was able to ride it in the parking lot (and over the grass, it's a trail bike) and got the accessories I needed without getting upsold a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want.

Two bikes in, and I can't praise the staff enough. Solid service, prices that aren't wallet draining, and above all else, informative. If you're starting out or even if you know your Cyclocross from your Enduro, you won't have a bad day here
