The one particular woman who I spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I spent over $100 to overnight a package, but when I gave her the address, the zip code was incorrect and I did not know it. When the package returned to my doorstep, I went in to the Post Office to see if they could help me resolve my issue. She immediately gave me an attitude and told me "it's your mistake so you have to pay for it." Without making any attempt to actually try to help me. I left and went to the Post Office on the black horse pike in Runnemede. The woman behind the counter immediately went to work to try to help me solve my problem. She was able to help me resend the package that I had already paid for without charging me again, simply by taking the time to try. It took her five minutes.She also informed me that when I gave them the address the 1st time the computer would have notified them that the zip code was incorrect. So it was in fact THEIR fault for not catching it. Do not waste your time going to this Post Office. Make the extra 5 minute drive to the one on the black horse Pike in Runnemede, because they actually care about their customers and will try their best to help them.

Unbelievable! I got there at 5:25. Walked in the door near the enclosed area by the counter. I taped my package. I tried to do an eBay barcode that they can scan. It did not work. I asked for an estimate of costs based on zip. I got that from teller, a very curly blonde/brunette. I tried again to create an eBay barcode for them to scan, didn’t work. At 5:28 I said I want to proceed with the shipment and pay at counter. There were no pens to write on the box, usually there is I needed a pen to simply right the address on the box, so I asked. It was still 5:28 and she said she’s closing the register and it will be shut off at 5:30, and so I’ll have to go to bellmawr. I said I just want to ship the package to which she could have also created a label or let me use a pen. They weren’t even closed and I was told to leave at 5:28 and again at 5:29 in a very rude tone as it seemed to me. I said to her your ignorant and she said literally “have a nice day” and smiled. Omg really just so everyone knows this person closed on Wednesday June 15th, 2022, and this was between 5:25 and 5:29pm and they close at 5:30 I can’t believe I was forced to leave when they weren’t even physically closed. I hope to make USPS and others aware of this tellers behavior(I’ll try and get her name next time) I was extremely laid back and patient and calm and to be directed to leave 2 minutes before close when she could have printed a label or showed me a pen to simultaneously ring up the sale as I enter the address. My demeanor did not work obviously for this to happen. I hope people and USPS become aware and honestly remove and fire this counter person. Review the tape and the time and you will see Nobody should be directed to leave and forced to leave prior to a businesses physical close. I
