Went to Lowes today to shop for flooring and make arrangements for home remodeling. I usually receive excellent customer service. Yesterday and today was awful. Would have given 5 but they would not return my craftsman rakes that i purchased from sears. I have the receipt for them also. They said because craftsman don't make them anymore they can not exchange. Never had a problem at sears doing a exchange. These rakes are for my personal property not a business like they were trying to say to me. I no longer shop there. My family takes our business to Home depot.

Got there right before closing and grabbed what I needed. And it was a min or two past closing at 10pm. The cashier was just awesome. She checked us out. And she didn't complain about it one time. Im sure everyone wanted to go and they hung on there until we left Thank you Ladies for the excellent service.

Hi Rosalyn, I have a Duromax 10000 watt portable generator. It runs my whole house - everything! Central air or forced air heat in winter. All lights, PC's, electric stove, 2 refrigerators, 2 tv's, etc. It cost $999.00 just after hurricane Sandy hit NJ. Starts everytime, easy to service by myself. Lite enough to wheel out when needed. Had a licensed electrician install a transfer switch for the house and I was in business. Will NEVER enter a hurricane or snow season without my generator again! Honda, Generac, Others cost THOUSANDS! Mine was just $999 and $250 for the transfer switch. DUROMAX.
