I've been taking my papillion mix, Oreo to happy tails since he was one or two. He's now 14. Never had any issues. All the groomers love him. When I had my Daisy she went there too. Fast forward and I now have a Lola that's an anxiety queen and doesn't listen (she's a rescue). They do amazing with her too. Just took my 2 cats there a few months ago for the lion cut. Again awesome experience! 10/10 would recommend. I've boarded my dogs there a few times as well. Amazing staff!

The grooming was good by younger staff. However called to schedule appt, and assuming it was the owner, wasn't treated well... very rude. Thought about considering how she treated me, how is she going to treat my dog??? Plenty of places to go so no thank you.

I have taken my kitty here for her fur cut twice now and they do a great job! My kitty is a long hair cat and gets pretty matted, and I worry about her. But they do so well and make sure not to make her bald like other places have. It's worth the hour drive, highly recommended place to get your kitty fur cut! Thank you so much! 😺👍
