The best hotel staff anyone could ask for. They are so kind accommodating and helpful. I ended up staying here 2 weeks a month for almost a year because they were so great. Thanks Michelle and the rest of the team for always making me feel like I had a home away from home!

If you want to talk about customer service the two Michelle’s (Michelle squared) are the absolute best. I have never felt more welcomed than these two woman. I’m actually sad to leave. I would come back to Sheboygan just to see them!!!

Came with a wedding party I happened to be standing up for. Our rooms were not ready when they said they would be. Had to wait at least 30 mins. So the entire wedding group got ready in the only available room and because ppl had all their stuff in one room they would not let us in the room due to liability issues and no one could get their stuff until very late at night when the owner of room came back.... very poor service and gym was closed too. My friends and family will never come here again period.

Stayed here for five nights due to business. Clean, excellent customer service, and even their breakfast is on better side compared to other free hotel breakfast. One of the best Marriott property I have ever stayed. Man.. I wish I could stay there longer haha I'm at different Marriott property for business and I already hate here. I will book here again anytime.
