Horrible service, poor customer service, food mediocre and undercooked. Front staff is too busy to even take your order, they interrupt you about 10x

Sorry but if you need to be more attentive to the servers, the food is fine by itself. the meat is very hard but they changed it, do not take it as a criticism, just a little more attention than the client's needs.

We called to ask about the manu to have a good time with perubian food and the rude lady on the phone was so mad busy to hang on the phone on me, we'll never call again to this place

I drive for a food delivery company. That allows me to see a number of different restaurants. No day is too busy to ask about the menu. You are a potential customer. I look at it this way, if the hostes is rude and can't take the time to talk to me, what's my food going to be like if there so busy?
