Hi, if you have a shipping account with UPS you can declare the value of the package on the amount you want when creating the label. You may also visit a UPS location like The UPS Store so they can create the label for you and declare the value of this one.

Does UPS Customer Service Center mail out packages that you're supposed to drop off at UPS Store? Is it considered a UPS Store in that instance?

I gave the driver my package and label he said he had no clear label packets with him - he said he would put it on when he got back to the warehouse tonight. How do I find out whether he did that or not - I cannot see my package has scanned in yet?

If you have your receipt. After around 9pm. Look it up on the ups website and should show it was entered into the system
