I had 2 fedex pkgs to drop off at approx 12:15 on 7-20. I rang the bell multiple times. Approx 10 minutes later a girl came out from the back, shouted "we're not printing today" & walked away!! I rang the bell several more times, no one!! I used drop off 20-30 pkgs a week, I stopped going there approx 3 months ago because of the extreme rudeness. I was too late for Walgreens drop off so decided to go to office max. I know the pkgs go on a pallet immediately to the right when you open the doors to their warehouse. They get scanned by FedEx, not Office Max. I wad walking toward the front of the store when a kid approached the w/an office max apron. He was dressed like he was going to the beach. I explained how long I had been waiting & that had I placed my pkgs on the pallet. He starts SCREAMING at me. Telling me I had no right to go into there & he was running with a 2 person crew. What they should have done is put a note at the counter asking customers to go up front. This kids actions were absolutely ridiculous!!

I asked for assistance with printing and the guy pointed to the self serve and told me to follow the directions and then walked away. Super rude

Good service & quality work. But this will be the last survey I fill out. No Need for me to be asked to repeat this survey...you have my opinion. I am too busy doing my artwork and I have to do this on a small phone.
