Hello Ynez - I hope you are having a wonderful day. I don't see that you currently have a policy with my agency so I can't look at your specific policy. I would recommend you contacting your agent for the details of their refund policy according to your particular policy. If the policy is cancelled, you may be entitled to a premium refund. If so, we will send you the refund no later than the 15th business day after the date of cancellation. The premium refund, if any, will be computed pro rata, subject to the policy minimum premium. However, making or offering to make the refund is not a condition of cancellation. You should be able to sign in to your portal to review your original declaration page.
