If you are talking about the D section on the right side of the road (coming from Anapolis), the side that has no electric, no. This is not something that is going to be fixed any time soon. It has not been an intention of the county to do so. In this situation, you would get back in your car and go to another location to enter the water. That area is not technically meant as a swimming area, though you could if you wanted.
No the concert is still there. I will talk to the person in charge and see if they will remove it.
Thinking the broken concrete your speaking of is the remainder of an old bridge .....and no it will not be fixed. We always drive Around and park under the highway bridge (or close by) just in the gravel.
DJ I couldn't put all that I love about camping on here not enough room. My only concern was the concrete going into the water. If your going to camp on the water then it matters.
I'm not sure about the concrete or where area D is but we stay in the A area and swimming on that side of the river is not ideal. If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you can go to the other side and it's perfect for swimming, playing or floating down to the bridge.
