This is a beautifully maintained RV park on the shores of I-70. We were so impressed with the sparkling clean, refreshing resort pool, along with the spotless bathrooms and showers. The store was lovely and the employees friendly and welcoming. Yes, there is substantial road noise from the interstate. Very few shady sites but all sites are beautifully maintained. Each site has one of the nicest fire pits we have seen in our travels.

Great RV park right off of I-70. The park is clean, nice with a pool and a nice market with snacks, cheeses, ice cream, and chocolate. The sites are super level. We had a pull through site and it was a concrete pad, so nice. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We recently stayed at Owl Creek RV park and were very happy with it. The staff was very friendly. The laundry room was very well maintained and clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked well maintained as well, and very clean. One thing we did get to use what the onsite storm shelter as there was a Tornado warning at 2 am. The Tornado alarm that I believe the City of Odessa has installed will definetly get your attention, especially at 2am. This was our first time experiencing this type of issue and were very glad that the park at the shelter onsite which made us feel somewhat safe - so thank you for that. I would highly recommend staying here as the sites are great and the market is very cool. We stocked up on some different variety of cheeses which was also nice ;) We will be back. Don and Monica

Everyone was very friendly. When I arrived I was informed that the heated salt water pool was open and I was welcomed to return after setting up, to the front market, to enjoy some complimentary s'mores around the firepit. The grounds are well maintained and kept clean. And the Owl Creek Market is extraordinarily charming! Stocked with local goods, fresh meats, cheeses and other treats. They even have a dedicated candy section reminiscent of an old candy shop. In addition, the prices are very reasonable. They also have sourced some incredible antiques that are on display and for sale. I wish I could give the RV park itself higher than a 4-star rating, but I can't justify it. We had a gravel pull through site that can be used as two separate spaces. They have concrete pull throughs available for more $$. We were set back from the road but the highway noise reminded me of boondockking. The rumble of the trucks going by was crazy. I understand that this is the "price" one must pay for the convenience of staying close to the HWY and I can appreciate that a level of noise is to be expected, however, I can't recall ever staying at a campground with quite this much disturbance. It didn't just go on during the day but into the night- I heard a train, helicopter, and 18-wheelers go by so fast they made the RV shake. We were pretty far in. We hoped when two RVs pulled in, on either side of ours that there would be some blockage of the noise, but no such luck. There weren't many trees at our campsite so we had to keep the A/C on but there are both benefits and downsides to that. The space was relatively flat and the roses were a nice touch that added some color to the landscape. Overall I unfortunately feel like this place was overpriced for the level of noise and not truly being a full hookup (no cable.) Even with a discount it was more than it needed to be for a gravel parking space and picnic table. Sad to say I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.
