Hi Teresa, Technically it is not 'steam', it is hot water under pressure. It is also known as deep water extraction. We can also clean lightly soiled carpets using a low water method known as 'bonnet cleaning'. Your cost for an average size living room and hall with an average amount of furniture in the rooms to be cleaned would be $85.00.
