Are y'all high? I came in tonight and I still have a bad taste in my mouth, literally! It tasted like you all have not changed your oil in months, my chicken. Fingers looked like chicken balls and they tasted BAD to the point my nephew wouldn't eat

Shoulda asked for a manager then you woulda saw why your chicken balls was nasty.

This is not a question! This is a STATEMENT; however, they are asking a DIRECT QUESTION TO THE FRANKFORT STEAK & SHAKE ABOUT THEIR FRYING OIL BEING CHANGED AND HOW OFTEN IT IS CHANGED? THAT IS THE TYPE OF QUESTION THE TYPICAL CUSTOMER WOULD NOT KNOW. BUT CUSTOMERS DO KNOW WHAT TASTE GOOD AND WHAT DOESN'T. WHAT IS QUALITY AND WHAT ISN'T!!!
