Why do you say you don't need a reservation, and I walked 40 blocks to your DMV office on 30th street, and it said without an appointment I can't go in. You need to change your website page.

Thats a negativet!!!!..appointments are required.. I had call ALBANY to get an appointment...but my visit to the 30th was fast & well organized NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE OFFICE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT
