Much of the seating on the orchestra level is completely step-free and the accessible rest room is conveniently located on the main floor behind the rear orchestra. Due to the historic nature of the building, there is no elevator in Hershey Theatre. Should someone in your party need special seating, they will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
They have wheelchair's available
The lower level is perfect for elders there is not steps at all. If you have a wheel chair is better to stay on the back, if he or she walks I recommend to get regular seats.
