I am a senior citizen and was told that we can get a discounted cost for our license renewal. I recently renewed my plates and was not offered a discount. If there is a discount can I get a refund for the difference? Thank you.

Benefit Access program through Sec. of State, you have to apply for discount in advance. They won't just give discount and unfortunately won't reimburse. For Seniors and Disabled

Renewing your license and renewing your plates are 2 different things. If you are renweing your license there is a discount.
