This place used to be the best. Seems like after Covid they have Shelly running everything and I guess she's doing her best but you lost my business. Hard to understand the teachers as english is not their first language, as others have mentioned, they will continually bill you even if you cancel, and then emailing them to get a response is like pulling teeth. Last time I went there were no plastic bags in the locker room to put your soaking wet towels in after the class ended. There was also no soap in the bathroom... there's a pandemic going on right? -- Edit: an hour after I posted this I received an email from Shelly telling me I'm lazy, have bad habits, and should remove this review. I have never received such a gross response to an honest review...

Today I had a hot yoga session with Anthony. It was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and easy to follow, And the studio was very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I will be purchasing a membership.

A member since October 2021. December 2021 I got really sick was hospitalized, all I can say to go for auto membership deduction every month was the most stupid thing I have done. I called talked to owner reached out on my situation as being really sick to please cancel, stop my membership from month to month, and nothing was done. they continually charged January and February 2022. Not had I checked my account I would not have found it. I feel disgusted, angry and lost my trust in this place. My cc company is fighting for me on these charges, hoping February already taken out after talking on phone, not sure. New management when you call… again??? Wow! Please beware!
