As I was waiting to order, I spotted a table large enough for the family, but it was a bit of a mess. I asked at the pick up counter if I could have something to wipe it down myself. The young man said there were several napkin dispensers back by the beverage counter. Well, he didn't quite believe me, so he walked back there empty handed to see if I was telling the truth, then returned to his station for supplies to refill the dispensers, and he did hand some napkins directly to me that I may service our table. The food selection, the ordering, the making and baking were all fine. Then we come back to my new friend at the pick-up counter. I saw MY pizza being retrieved from the oven and placed on his counter followed by a few others. Mine was left on the counter, the others were served. A few more came out. Mine was shoveled up and put on a plate, then slid off the plate, returning to the counter...... TWICE. A few more were served. Mine was shoveled up, not plated, but returned to the counter two more times. I asked him if he could serve me mine and I pointed it out. He tells me the pizza to which I pointed had a metal tag of #258 on it. He claimed there was NO #258 in the paperwork system. Finally he was surrendering to my request, and delivered my cold pizza. A young lady whom appeared to be in charge, approached me as I was about to leave and gave me a coupon for another attempt within a month or so. I will say, ALL of the rest of my family did receive and enjoy their orders in a timely fashion. My guess is, MOD stands for "May Offer Delays".

A fast casual place for pizza. I had MOD Pizza years ago in California when it was new and didn’t like it much at the time. I tried it again recently and boy have they come a long way. Their sauce is tasty and crust is delightful crispy. I like getting the double crust; it tastes more like s regular pizza crust. It can be frustrating at busy times because the line moves slowly, so order ahead if you can.

ADD ANY AMOUNT OF TOPPING YOU WANT, SAME PRICE! Mod Pizza is my goto place. Freshly made pizza in a brick oven, comes out thin and crunchy! I usually go for a Mad Dog and toss some extra meat in it for a perfect meal! I’d definitely come back to this Mod, friendly staff and great service!
