With all this technology, why can't we, the customer, leave any kind of special instructions? I typically want my pizzas cut in 16 slices. To do so, I can order online, but then have to call the store anyway to tell them how I want it.

You can customize any order online including special requests ,like , cutting specific numbers of slices into your pizza.
