I want to thank Harry Moore, Greg & Zach for the BEST experience at a cra dealership. I was at another dealership & was not treated right. I got to Mike Erdman Cadillac & was upset so I/my daughter was a little rude with the salesman, Harry. He was very kind & let us know they were not like that. We were sceptical but stayed. The sales manager, Greg, stepped in & assured us & apologized for the not so good experience at the other dealership. Again, still sceptical listened. He relieve my anxiety & did not try to sell me a car I could not afford nor wanted to pay too much for. Needless to say, what a great respectable place. Thumbs up to u guys. God bless.

For Your driving security ,its better let them take their time to do their job, they facilitated other car for me.ask them if will take longer can they give a car?
