what ever they feel like charging! well the lot rent is 450.00 a month but for some reason when they check water meters your bill can be from 20.00 to 500.00 a month

I don't know about recreational vehicles allowed to rent lot space but you have to pay water which gets added onto your monthly lot rent and you pay for your FPL sewer and trash is included and the park manager also pays for maintenance of the grass

Yes u pay your own fpl which u turn on under u. The water and such is added to your lot rent which each spot has own meter i do believe. Water is not bad though usually under 50$ only time mine was over that i had a leak. Fpl usually is not bad either so long as u are efficient. I use window units. I do have to say this park has come a long way since new management.

No just trailers and you have to buy your own power
