Amazing customer service! I walked in and was instantly greeted by Al. Al was kind, personable, attentive. He helped me with my beloved fat bike. I was desperate for a water bottle holder, riding on the beach in the hot sun. I tried my hardest to get the bolts off myself to add the water bottle holder numerous times, with no luck. Al, instantly fixed the bolts, added a water bottle holder and really helped me out, and I was on my way! :)

I was offered assistance almost immediately upon walking in. My wife had left my bike there for a tune up. Al, the sales floor associate, went to the back and brought my bike up. It looked great. Cleaned up, lubed adjusted and ready to go. I also had the rear wheel trued. It was way out of alignment when we brought it in. But it was as straight as it could be now! What I really liked is they did not try to upsale me on anything. Merely advised that in a few years my chain would probably need to be replaced but that it was fine for now. I give Adventure Cycle 5 stars on both customer service and performance! Thank you guys! RN

Brought my road bike in for repair and paid $300 for tune-up, rear spoke and front derailleur replacement. Upon riding, discovered front derailleur rubbing and problem is as bad or worse than when I brought it to them. They installed wrong part that doesn't fit my bike. Also discovered they never addressed the rear spoke. Stay away.
