Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. Do not care about customers. Lady pharmacist does not know what customer service is. I had a prescription refill for 90 days with zero copay. They only filled a prescription for 30 days and $10 copay. I was told that if I need it the 90 day prescription, they have to reprocess it which could take a long time. Unsafe operation!!!!!! Will be going back to CVS. Publix sucks.

I had to switch to a different Publix pharmacy because the pharmacist or better yet the Pharmacy Manager, Paul McFarland is by far the worst, condescending, bad-mannered pharmacist I’ve ever met in my life. His customer service is appalling. I’ve confronted him before that he is extremely rude on the phone. I can understand patients can be demanding with their medication, but I’ve never given off that vibe since I know how it is to be in the customer service industry. The icing on the cake was when I used my Publix pharmacy app to do a refill since it gives me unease to call the pharmacy as it seems like it’s a bother to talk to him, and I never got a notification/ text that my prescription was ready. When I finally called, he claim it was because I was ordering it too early; of course his condescending attitude proved him wrong, with no apologies or remorse given. He could’ve at least call me to let me know that or make it aware, before denying the prescription-but of course not. I’ll say that was not my first incident with him. I get the vibe that he hates his job. Not a good attitude. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I had a prescription that was available for order and I called 4 times, phone still ringing for more than 4/5 min-which is very unusual. Funny thing is, I called with two complete different numbers and the phone was answered. Either that’s just a coincidence or I’m that much of a dislike. I’ll never deal with this pharmacy and this pharmacist again. Don’t want to be in inconvenience for a pharmacist that seems miserable and hates his job.
