We had a party here for a friend and Emily (our party host provided by the bowling alley) was an absolute angel. She was extremely kind, helpful and did a fantastic job hosting and helping us throw a successful party. We have absolutely no complaints about our overall experience with HER. However I have to give 4 stars because the man behind the bar is so rude and hateful to literally anyone he came in contact with, it was enough to ruin what would have been a great experience. He talked down to everyone in my party when we went for some alcoholic beverages and talked down to sweet Emily when she was getting things together for our party. This man should not have a job in any kind of position that requires customer interaction or needs to realize how he comes off and change his attitude completely. If it wasn't for Emily being so kind and accommodating this would be a 1 star review but she deserves all the praise and appreciation.

Run down building with water leaking through ceiling in multiple spots. Multiple broken bumper rails were frustrating for my kids. The staff was more interested in trying to watch a movie on their phone with headphones than helping customers.

Always an enjoyable time, just too expensive. Which is why we rarely go.
