Go to the county building I believe there is where they take the apps at its off of 521 & just before hwy 1 in Camden in the same building as the tax office
Perhaps you might get their telephone number from your Google machine and simply call them. My guess is that the folks that already have a job their will, at minimum, be familiar with the hiring process, as they have been through it.
They don't do jobs applications at the shelter itself?
