Wondering if you can surrender your animals? I just don't have time for them anymore and with a baby being on the way. I just want them to find good homes. If so, is there a fee? I have to cats. Thank you.

I believe that there is a small fee. I would try posting your cats on Facebook group Cats around town or the free/ for sale page for Kershaw County
