They do in store. I only looked at the ones for a new piercing being done that day and they had a range of colors and sizes for studs. They only seemed to have one flower and one other non stud shape and some options were sold out. I didn't see rings but I was looking at options for a new nose piercing so my selection may have been smaller than what they had. It also sounded like they could order things for you
