Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I will definitely go back again. I think they did a really great job of doing what I wanted

Really negative experience. I called and asked if anyone could take a walk in since I only needed some shading done. I was told that yes I could walk in at two pm. I showed up and was told that it would be $175 an hour and would need 4-5 hours of work. I have almost 100 tattoos and hundreds of hours of work done by some of the best artists in the country. My time was wasted and the $175 an hour and refusal to refer me to another artist in the shop was borderline disrespectful. I have lived in STL for two years and have yet to find an artist or house to call home for future work. Unfortunately this place will not be the one.

Tower Classic exceeded my expectations. Everyone made you feel welcomed. My tattoo artist, Pat, was very friendly and did a great job on my tattoo. It turned out better than I could have imagined it! I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks!

Megan did my very first tattoo and she did an amazing. Not only was the tattoo just what I wanted but she made me feel so comfortable and she was super nice.

No. You will also learn it is very rare to find an artist who will since the ink has not been officially tested, usually fades to nothing in a few months, and is not widely available or approved.
Yes but not all artists.
No. They do traditional old school style tattoo
You'll have to be 16 with your parent. You'll need both people to have identification and your birth certificate. Take your time they kinda of last forever .
18 is the minimum, any younger has to have parent/guardian consent.
No piercings, tattoos only. I stopped in and talked with employee, very friendly.
Permanent tattoos. Makeup tattoos are completely different they don't last as long and have to get redone every 1 to 2 years. So if you wanted something permanent that didn't necessarily look like makeup per se.
