I guess that it depends on who you had for a technician. We had Brandon for the rejuvenation and Carlos for the repair. Each time they stayed until we were satisfied with the work, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. If they couldn't resolve it, they contacted the office and got someone who can get anything resolved.

Hopefully they will call and make it right. I've never had a problem. I've used them for years. Signed up for twice a year maintenance and pay a monthly fee. There's no extra fee for when they come out. Always professional.
