Just put in new expensive duct system 2 months ago after animals got under house and chewed thru it.We heard something under the house(along with our dogs) today.We called One Hr to check that all was intact and they came out the next morning.Everyone from office to tech was professional and did not make us feel like we were crazy asking for a check up.

I got Ripped off Also. Charged me $287 for Freon, No Gauges or scale used to measure unit pressures. Service Man stated he only needs to use his hands over fan to tell it’s Correct BEWARE

Got Ripped off by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning tried to give them a chance to make it right, Got No Return phone call as promised and there One Hour Magic is what the serviceman uses to add $287 dollars of Freon. no gauges used Hand feel

I guess that it depends on who you had for a technician. We had Brandon for the rejuvenation and Carlos for the repair. Each time they stayed until we were satisfied with the work, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. If they couldn't resolve it, they contacted the office and got someone who can get anything resolved.
