I think it's around $6-$8 per person. No reservations needed, but if you go on a Friday or Saturday, be prepared to wait about 15 minutes or more. If you are there for dinner, while dining you can always ask for a sample of something you might want to try.
Not sure how much tastings are. If you become a member then you get one free tasting per month. You get 8 tastings which is more than a lot of other places. You can sample what wines they recommend for that month or select what you want. It does get crowded on weekend evenings.
