Just show up to OSD with your paperwork you don't need to go to the VA first. When you come in with your dd214 they'll give you an interview add you to there list and call you when a beer comes available

You can go in and do an intake. They can help you with transitional housing, employment, disability. Clothes too.

You need to go through the va first and be given a referral from them to start the process.

You shouldn't need an appointment. The best thing to do would be to call the main line or come in during business hours. The staff will be able to guide you from there.
