Can a 3 year old sit on a parents lap

I just wanted to write about our experience. Justin Kirk and I rode around the beach. It was a very cool experience. It was a short ride. But you get what you pay for. We did the 2 min ride. It was scary for me so it was thrilling. Thank You for the Wonderful Experience. Crystal Kirk Roberts.

I think 3 is too old. 2 and under can for sure. Our one year old sat in his father's lap. It was amazing.
