Cape Landing is a decent place to live. Geographically, it's close to everywhere you want to get in Myrtle Beach for food, fun, and groceries. The community is pretty decent and family friendly. That being said, if you're looking for a place that offers a friendly and helpful staff when dealing with anything involving your apartment, you might want to seek other options. The staff is very rude, barely acknowledging you when you walk in the office, and always has an attitude. They are often cold and rushed when you're trying to get help with anything -- very unacceptable and unprofessional. When you're paying rent and trying to get simple issues resolved with your lease, or small apartment issues, you expect to be met with decent customer service. If you can deal with working with a rude staff that dictates EVERYTHING involving your living situation, have at it.

We are going on 2yrs here have had good luck until now we have a family that lives above is that fuss and fight and have a dog that barks all day and night. We have called management a bunch of times and get nothing done . I understand there will be noise some but not like this we can’t sit in living room to watch tv because of the noise so we have to stay in the rooms. Need something done but don’t look like it going happen.

I lived at cape landing for 2 years after moving out of Carolina Forest and house hunting. It was great having all of those amenities right in the complex and Ashlee was always planing some fun resident events. The apartment was recently updated when I moved in and the grounds were always kept looking good! I Would recommend anyone to live there, it was a great 2 years.

They do a background check. You have to pay for the application. I would not recommend moving here unless you’re desperate. I lived there 3 years. The last year and a half had been a nightmare. The only person on staff who knows what they are doing is Ashley. She is great. Everyone else has no clue what’s going on, maintenance does nothing but drive around on golf carts all day. If you need something fixed, give it 2 months minimum. Read reviews before you consider moving here.

The rates are worth paying for a good apartment, this is not a good apartment. After fees you will pay 1000 a month for a 2 bedroom. If something breaks, give maintenance 2 months to fix it as they are too busy sitting in he locked office chit chatting or driving around on their golf carts. Everyone in the office excluding Ashely is rude and clueless. I lived there 3 years, and the last year or so since they switched management has been horrid, I couldn’t get out fast enough. And it’s not just me, read other reviews.
