They should really update their hours. Just a number 5 sticker barely covering over the “6pm” on the door and a paper taped to the inside with new hours doesn’t really help people who drive over based on their website hours. For the rest of you, they’re only open until 5pm. Closed Sat and Sun.

Stay away from these scam artists. I ordered a glass top dining room table with marble base in March. I chose them because they offered the lowest price compared to other furniture stores. I guess you get what you pay for. Three days before the first attempt at delivery I got a call from the delivery company to say the base of the table was severely damaged and needed to be sent back to the manufacturer. The second attempt was on June 18th. The driver informed me that there was damage to the base. I refused to accept delivery and he left with the table. The table was not properly packaged for its size and weight, approximately 500 lbs in total. There was no lift gate to provide for safely transferring such large pieces off the truck. When questioned, the driver said, "tell our boss that." I called Elite to cancel the order since it was clear that they were unable to deliver an undamaged table. After speaking with 2 saleswomen I was directed to Jay. I left a message which was never returned. I called him back and he said it's the responsibility of the delivery company to repair the table and that he would not be issuing me a refund. So right now they have my $2,300 and I don't have a table. I bought a brand new table, not something used from Ebay or Amazon. I don't expect it to need any repair. Reputable companies use reputable delivery services. Stay away from these scam artists.
