Hi Lauren, Nicole is correct...our fries are gluten free because they are fried in canola oil and the fryer is not shared with other foods containing gluten. However, the kitchen is not gluten free.
You can get your sandwich made as a lettuce wrap and the fries do not share same fryer with gluten containing foods ever. I hope that help you out....
