My local pizza hut, always had good experience at this location. They always have some good deals going on. This is pickup or delivery only pizza hut, you cannot dine-in at this location.

What a joke. I ordered a dinner box on Monday Feb 7th 2022, via the pizza hut app. Confirmation email said it would be ready for pickup at 4:00PM. I stopped at 4:00, and there was NOBODY WORKING. Doors locked up, but there was a young man there who was scheduled to work at 4:00PM, and said he was one of four people supposed to work today. He couldn't get ahold of any managers, other employees, or anything. How does this happen? You'll never get a penny from me again!

Needs better customer service and answering the phone. Could not correct order to be delivery as originally selected. Somehow changed to pick-up and no way to contact restaurant to fix the issue. Also did not give any icing for cinnamon sticks after I had asked for confirmation that each sauce was in the box.

I ordered 4 pans on pasta at 11am to be delivered at 4pm. Everything was fine when I ordered I even called after my order to make sure it when thought no issues, my order is fine. Then get a call 15mins before delivery saying they are out of pasta and have been for a few days. How wrong is that to do to a customer. very disappointed.
